AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS ARE IMPORTANT!
Please remember Selling Agents, Selling-Sub Agents, and On-Site Agents represent the SELLER. Dual Agents (Unless Working as a "Designated" Agent like I do) maintain neutrality between a Buyer and a Seller in any transaction.
Working with me as a "Designated Buyers Agent" assures there is NEVER a conflict of interest - even when working on an Intracoastal Realty Listing - YOUR INTERESTS ONLY - are held in my head and my heart! We develop a detailed and market-driven negotiating strategy together - by delving deeply into Tax Records / Flood Plain Data / Area Statistics / Etc. I work very smart and hard to ensure you get the best price and terms - it's all about deep-diligence and it's all in the deal!
I work exclusively as a Buyer's Agent and there is a whole section of our NC Real Estate Commission devoted to Buyer Agency (Page Two). This Brochure has been designed with Consumer Protection in mind! Note this section in the brochure:
Some firms also offer a form of dual agency called "designated agency" where one agent in the firm represents the seller and another agent represents the buyer. This option (when available) may allow each "designated agent" to more fully represent each party.
