As residents of Landfall, for more than eight years, Carol and I have fallen in love with the community and the general area. As "transplants" from the Northeast - the area offers temperate four-seasons with relatively mild winters (I haven't touched a snow shovel since arriving in Landfall), the GREAT location of Landfall suits us to a tee.

Wonderful shopping plazas and restaurants lie right outside "the gates", we are appx. 3 miles from beautiful Wrightsville Beach, 7 miles from the airport, and only 9 miles to historical downtown!
