Whether you are a relocating or retiring Executive with a family, a single person, a young couple, or a first-time homebuyer (I have had many during the home-purchase tax credit era) I treat each Client with friendliness and deep respect. My business experience includes a long and successful career with IBM as a Client Executive, focusing upon another Fortune 100 company - my key responsibility was to listen and learn about my Clients technology and consulting services requirements and to transform those requirements into tangible business solutions to drive their success. My Clients consider me their best source for value-add. Having taught for years in various IBM jobs, I now teach classes at Intracoastal Realty and at UNCW from time to time. I love to educate my Clients along the way on all aspects of the business, including the highly skilled people (Lenders, Inspectors, Attorneys, etc.) I team with; and especially, when it comes to negotiating scenarios which result in very good deals.
