A NOTE ON ETHICS

 On top of following  “The Golden Rule” day-to-day – Here’s how I approach the business:  

If a Client is older than I – I work with them as I would my Mom and Dad
 
If a Client is about my age – I work with them as I would my Wife or Sister
 
If a Client is younger than I – I work with them as I would my Sons and Daughters-in-law 

 
It’s simple! I “Purchase” a home or lot with my Buyer-Clients as though I were buying it for myself or a family-member –
I do not “sell” a property solution to them!
